After-School Enrichment

Walnut Acres Elementary is excited to offer after-school enrichment programs to our school!  These programs offer a variety of experieces for your child - starting at the end of the school day. From chess, to sports, to languages, theater, and other creative endeavors, it has something for everyone!

Few reminders: 

• All vendors are required to be on campus when school is dismissed, so your children will not have a gap in supervision even if the class officially starts 10-15 minutes after the final bell. 

• If your child is in TK or Kindergarten, they will be picked up by the vendor directly from their classroom. Older students will walk to the enrichment class on their own.  

• If your child attends aftercare at the Walnut Acres Children’s Center, you can request that the enrichment vendor bring your child to the Children’s Center after class ends. If you have a child on the early TK schedule, the vendor can also pick up your child from the Children’s Center if you provide the Children’s Center your authorization. Please contact the vendor and Children’s Center to let them know your preferences.
