Pricing (same as last year):

  • $150 per person

  • $300 per couple

  • $1,500 for a table of 10

This year, we’re keeping things simple and social:

  • Already have a full table of 10? Amazing.

  • Want to attend with a few friends but not a full table? Perfect.

  • Flying solo or excited to meet new families? We’ve got you covered.

We’ll happily seat you with friends you name—or help match you with other parents, including families with similar-aged kids. However you come, you’ll belong.

Space is limited, so be ready to reserve your spot when tickets open.

 

Donations

The majority of items we bid on during auction come from YOU! 

Do you have airline miles or hotel points you’re not using? Tickets to an event? An idea for a party you could host? By donating an item, an experience or hosting a party you can raise money for critical programs at Walnut Acres Elementary School. 

There are a number of ways to DONATE or SPONSOR our Auction event:

Auction Donation Inspirations

Help us have a successful auction with your donations!!

Donations are the most critical component of a successful auction.  We use these gifts to raise the funds needed to support vital programs for Walnut Acres Elementary.  Programs that are impacted each year include art, science, reading, theater, PE, and technology.

Do you or anyone you know have something great to donate?

Must have big ticket items!

  • Lodging near great cities or attractions

    1. Tickets to area events

    2. Limo Services

    3. Pixar, Google, or Facebook tours

Who do you know?

  • The manager of a local restaurant?  Next time you dine, ask them if they will donate.

    1. An owner of a timeshare, cottage, cabin or condo?  Let them know that by donating they qualify for a tax deduction.

    2. The concierge or manager at a hotel you frequent for business will often donate 1-2 night stays.

Host a buy-in party!

A buy-in party is where several families or friends co-host a party or activity on a date of their choosing.  You could “buy-in” or purchase a spot to attend.

  • Ladies Parties (spa party, themed cocktail party, game night party)

    1. Men’s Party (sports, pool, ping-pong, poker)

    2. Kid’s Party (tea party, sports day, swim party, movie night, 5th grade grad night)
