Online Auction

The Walnut Acres 2019 Online Auction ends next week. There are so many great items to bid on from a special outing with your child’s favorite teacher to parent parties and one-of-a-kind experiences. There were new items added just this week so if you haven’t looked in a couple days head back to the site to check it out. There is something for every family and remember, every dollar spent goes right back to our school and kids! The auction closes March 4th at 11 p.m. so get your bids in now.

Midnight in Paris – Live Auction

Our Auction team has a few volunteer spots to fill on March 8th at the Midnight in Paris Live Auction event. We need a “dessert minder” for our first ever Dessert Dash and help with collecting bids and making sure prize packages go home with the winners. If you missed out on getting tickets, this is a fabulous way to attend, bid and dance the night away (after your shift is over).  Click here to sign up for a shift.

Please help us meet and exceed our 2019 fundraising goals through our auction events so we can continue to make Walnut Acres a wonderful experience for our kids.  To everyone who has donated or bid on items so far….THANK YOU!!

For the month of March please help us in the Drive Thru line as we open doors and greet students while they are arriving at school. It's a fun way to start the school day! Just like last year, each month a different grade will be asked to help out at the Drive Thru.
We need 4 helpers each day, dads are encouraged to join us on Father Fridays!
Can you help for 20 minutes in the morning? 7:40 - 8:00 a.m. If you've never helped, one of the Drive Thru coordinators (Cathy or Sarah) will be available to provide guidance. Thank you! CLICK HERE to sign up.
